Our local Foodbank will be based at Turnberrie’s during our church building development.

From 1st May 2024 we will be at:

  • Open hours: Thursday’s 1.30 – 4.00pm

Please note: we will not be open on Thurs 1st May but on Wed 30th April instead, for clients and our usual donations.

  • Local Doctors surgeries
  • New Start Debt Advice
  • Health Visitors
  • Midwives

We have a good stock of the following items thank you:
Tins of hot and cold meat, biscuits and chocolates

Stock is running low on the following items.

  • Pulses e.g. chick peas, kidney beans
  • Fruit Juice
  • Tinned fruit
  • Tinned/cartons of custard
  • Savoury snacks e.g. crisps, crackers
  • UHT milk
  • Dried/instant noodles
  • Hand wash
  • Shampoo

Please make sure all items are in date and unopened.

Donations can be placed in the basket in Tesco, the Coop at Thornbury Fields, Morrisons Oakleaze Road, or at Turnberrie’s every Wednesday between 9.30 and 11.00am.

Please do not leave donations at Turnberrie’s outside the above times.

Donations may also be left at Thornbury Baptist Church in the 4-drawer cabinet when the church is open.
